I’m Seneca O. James, the founder and CEO of SOJ&Co. Classy Financial, a multi-state tax firm with locations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Chicago. I’m also a Business Office Specialist and a certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, which collectively strengthen my leadership and operational efficiency.

Beyond tax preparation, I own my own professional tax software and proudly sell tax software to others who want to start or expand their own tax businesses. My company has also partnered with Arise Virtual Solutions, allowing me to operate my own virtual call center that provides legitimate work-from-home opportunities nationwide.

I’m a graduate of the Bank of America Institute for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Cornell University and the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center’s Milestone Circle Program. I’m naturally driven, curious, and passionate about growth. I love gaining knowledge, asking questions, and researching innovative ways to empower others financially.

In addition to running my businesses, I serve as a Verizon Micro-Mentor, guiding other entrepreneurs toward success. When I’m not working, I enjoy visiting Tampa Bay’s beautiful beaches, spending time with my family, and connecting with people who align with my purpose and destiny.
