Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives who thrive in a work-at-home environment. If you’re a self-starter with strong communication skills, this opportunity allows you to leverage your call center background while representing top-tier companies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and document interactions.
Represent Fortune 500 clients with excellent customer service.
Use CRM systems and follow scripts while personalizing the customer experience.
Meet productivity goals (call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction).
Work independently with discipline and motivation.
Qualifications
Required: Prior call center or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask across systems, calls, and documentation.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Technical Requirements
(must provide your own equipment)
Desktop or laptop computer (must pass tech check).
Hard-wired keyboard & mouse (no wireless).
Wired USB headset with microphone.
High-speed internet (Ethernet preferred; no Wi-Fi only).
Quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
Preferred Skills
Experience with financial services, travel, or healthcare clients.
Familiarity with CRM/call center software.
